I wanted to see how close I could get to @MissMonkeyPants with my iPhone. Generally when I’m creating detail shots I’m using my 24-70mm 2.8 L series Canon lens, which is a high quality glass lens that does a great job of mimicking macro shots when used at 70mm close to your subject. With the iPhone I wasn’t able to get as close as I wanted with these shots of dog details, but I was still happy with the outcome. These are all Fergie of course- her face and eye, cowlick on her chest, foot, nose + little lip, paw pads and ear.
